Through this section we intend to communicate to the members of our interest groups our solid commitment to ethics, good governance, compliance and due diligence, as well as our strategic approach to placing TETRACE GROUP in the highest standards in this area. The Management of TETRACE GROUP, committed to society and with the highest demands in compliance with the regulations that affect us, has implemented its own Organization and Management Model for the Prevention of Criminal Risks, thus adapting to the regime of criminal liability of people. Legal provisions established in the Spanish Penal Code.
In addition, we make our Ethics Channel available to all members of our interest groups through which they can communicate, in a strictly confidential and even anonymous manner, possible irregularities, doubts, queries, etc.
This channel is managed by an external company of Forensic & Compliance experts who are responsible for guaranteeing the highest standards of confidentiality, impartiality, and minimization of conflicts of interest, before transferring the file to the Compliance Officer. In it, you can access our main regulations and policies, including the document on Principles of Action and Management Protocol of the Ethical Channel.

In short, TETRACE GROUP constantly works to be at the forefront of regulatory compliance and ethics, considering intolerable and formally expressing our condemnation of any illegality or behavior that can be labeled as not being socially responsible or unethical.
Every contribution adds up: Supporting the education and health of the little ones in India.
Tetrace collaborates with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation in the construction of an educational and primary care center in the K. Pulakunta village, India. This project was born out of the need to improve access to education and health for the most vulnerable population in the area.
The Anganwadi center will provide pre-school education and basic health care to more than 200 children aged between 3 and 6 years. In addition, training workshops will be held for mothers on hygiene, nutrition and maternal and child health.
Construction of the center began in December 2021 and is expected to be completed by April 2023. The structure currently has the foundations, pillars and walls raised. The process has been carried out with the active participation of the local community, including the creation of a committee of mothers that supervises the work.
This initiative will reduce problems of malnutrition, anemia and school dropouts that affect children in rural Andhra Pradesh . From our company we know that education and health are fundamental rights for sustainable development. Therefore, we are proud to contribute to this high social impact project.
