Criminal Compliance Policy
The TETRACE GROUP management, fully committed to society and to the highest standards in regulatory compliance, has implemented its own Compliance Management System and Criminal Compliance Policy.
This system aligns with international best practices and complies with the criminal liability regime for legal entities under the Spanish Penal Code.
TETRACE GROUP has developed its own Code of Ethics and Conduct, a key element of our corporate compliance culture and a clear reflection of our ongoing commitment to self-regulation, ethics, integrity, and transparency. Likewise, our Anti-Corruption Policy stands as a critical part of our compliance framework.

Committed to society and to the highest standards in regulation
TETRACE GROUP management, in alignment with societal responsibilities and strict compliance with regulations, has implemented its own Criminal Risk Prevention Organizational and Management Model, fully adapted to the criminal liability framework of legal entities in the Spanish Penal Code.
We also offer all stakeholders access to our Ethics Channel, where they can confidentially—and even anonymously—report potential misconduct, raise concerns, or ask questions.
This channel is managed by an external forensic and compliance firm, which guarantees the highest standards of confidentiality, impartiality, and conflict-of-interest minimization before forwarding any cases to our Compliance Officer. This portal also includes access to our key policies and protocols, including our Principles of Action and Ethical Channel Management Protocol.

All members of our interest groups have the TETRACE GROUP Compliance Officer at their disposal.
In short, TETRACE GROUP constantly works to be at the forefront of regulatory compliance and ethics, considering intolerable and formally expressing our condemnation of any illegality or behavior that can be labeled as not being socially responsible or unethical.
Every contribution adds up: Supporting the education and health of the little ones in India.
Tetrace collaborates with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation in the construction of an educational and primary care center in the K. Pulakunta village, India. This project was born out of the need to improve access to education and health for the most vulnerable population in the area.
The Anganwadi center will provide pre-school education and basic health care to more than 200 children aged between 3 and 6 years. In addition, training workshops will be held for mothers on hygiene, nutrition and maternal and child health.
Construction of the center began in December 2021 and is expected to be completed by April 2023. The structure currently has the foundations, pillars and walls raised. The process has been carried out with the active participation of the local community, including the creation of a committee of mothers that supervises the work.
This initiative will reduce problems of malnutrition, anemia and school dropouts that affect children in rural Andhra Pradesh . From our company we know that education and health are fundamental rights for sustainable development. Therefore, we are proud to contribute to this high social impact project.
